NOTIFICATION
NO.SO(C-IV)SGA&CD/4-41/09 : In pursuance of the provisions of the Public Procurement Act, 2009, Government of Sindh is pleased to establish Sindh Public Procurement Regulatory Authority. The Authority shall function under the general directions of a Board of Directors, which shall have the following composition, as provided in the Act.
